At a glance
We ship only to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free with no minimum order. Processing usually takes 1โ2 business days; transit after dispatch is estimated at 2โ4 business days, for an estimated total of 3โ6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These estimates are not delivery guarantees.
Service area and address eligibility
We currently offer Standard delivery to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international or U.S. territory delivery. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are not included. PO Box eligibility depends on the actual item and available delivery service; contact us before ordering to confirm. We do not promise a particular carrier. Provide a complete, accurate address and contact us promptly about errors; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
Processing, transit and tracking
Processing begins after the order is accepted and payment verification is complete. The processing and transit windows above are separate. We provide tracking information when available after dispatch; tracking may take time to show its first scan. Split shipments may have separate tracking. Weather, carrier disruption, peak periods or address issues can affect estimates. Contact us if tracking stalls or delivery is late.
If we cannot ship on time
If we cannot ship within the stated processing window, we will notify you and explain the revised estimate. You may accept the new timing or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund to the original payment method. We will not require you to wait indefinitely. A cancellation before shipment is not subject to the return inspection timetable.
Delivery issues and charges
Standard shipping has no minimum purchase and costs $0 within our service area. Applicable taxes and the order total are displayed before you submit payment. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the address and nearby delivery locations, then contact us so we can investigate. Do not return an item to the correspondence address without instructions. Returns and refunds.
